For over a decade, I suffered from symptoms of chronic stress: exhaustion, anxiety, weight gain, body aches, headaches, sleep disturbance, anger, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed which led to a lot other problems at work and in my personal life.
Once I learned how to fight
stress with effective and simple strategies and consistently put those strategies into daily practice, I got my life back. I wanted to live the life of my dreams and I needed to get control of my stress to do that. Midlife is a time to live BOLD and stress was keeping me from doing that. That's why I'm excited to share this video with you.
